Bank Card Processing

To use our Bank Card service all you need is a merchant account with our service partner Chase-Paymentech. All the necessary software is already built into SchoolLeader. You can then receive card payments as well as setup automatic recurring payments. If you also wish to swipe cards (instead of keying in the information) you can purchase an inexpensive card swipe reader and an optional Thermal Printer for cost effective receipt printing. This means you can process your payments from any computer that's connected to the internet and then get your payment authorization within seconds with no need to tie up a separate phone line.

ACH and Remote Check Deposit

To use our remote deposit service all you need is a merchant account from our service partner IStream Imaging. All the necessary software is already built into SchoolLeader to immediately begin processing ACH payments and electronic remote deposits for all your paper checks.

The optional desktop scanner from Digital Check Corp allows you to instantly deposit paper checks directly to your bank account without delay or the need to make time consuming trips to the bank. These scanners connect directly to SchoolLeader to now make receiving and depositing payments a one step process.

In addition, you can also monitor and manage the payments from your browser to ensure funds are transferred properly. If an NSF occurs, you can instantly identify the check and take appropriate action. You can even resubmit it for deposit right from that screen. It can't be any easier!
